NextAudience is operated by Saambaa Operations, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit nextaudience.io, request an ad preview, communicate with our team, or use our NextAudience advertising services.

Independent publisher websites where ads appear, LinkedIn, and other websites linked from NextAudience have their own privacy policies. This policy does not describe those operators’ practices or the practices of other saambaa products covered by separate notices.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use the website.

• Contact and creator details: your name, content link, content type, email address, optional telephone number and other information you provide.
• Preview and campaign details: the plan you are considering, advertising goals, ad copy and images, preferences, approvals, campaign information, and related correspondence.
• Communications: messages, questions, support requests, and information you share during discussions with us.
• Website and device information: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, and visit timestamps. Hosting and analytics services process technical information.

Please do not submit medical records, government identification numbers, passwords, or payment-card details through the ad-preview form.

3. How we use information

• Review your content and prepare an ad preview, audience assumptions, suggested article topics and recommended websites for your approval.
• Follow up by email and telephone about your request, including a sales call to discuss your content and answer questions.
• Create and manage campaigns, obtain approvals, provide reporting, and deliver support.
• Understand website activity and improve our services.
• Protect our systems, prevent fraud or misuse, and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain records, meet legal obligations, and establish or defend legal rights.
• Identify customers in customer lists, case studies, or marketing materials where authorized by their accepted service terms, subject to their right to opt out. This does not authorize disclosure of confidential information or nonpublic campaign results.

We may also send relevant information about NextAudience services. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time. Requesting a preview does not purchase advertising or authorize a charge.

4. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

The initial website does not load third-party analytics, advertising or retargeting pixels. Hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the website. Your browser may store a session preference for the campaign package you select.

If optional analytics or similar technologies are added, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required before enabling them. You can manage browser storage through your browser settings and contact us about privacy choices.

5. How we disclose information

We disclose information as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy, including to:

• Service providers: companies providing hosting, security, analytics, customer relationship management, business communications, storage, and technical support.
• Campaign participants: publishers and advertising service partners that need information such as your creator name, creative, destination URL and approved campaign details to deliver advertising you request. Requesting a preview does not itself authorize publication of an ad.
• Professional advisers and authorities: advisers, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or others when necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights or safety, or address misuse.
• Business transaction participants: parties involved in a proposed or completed acquisition, merger, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate protections.

We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent. Aggregate reporting that does not identify an individual may be used to understand and describe service activity.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose. Relevant factors include whether a request or campaign remains active, the length of our business relationship, support needs, security, recordkeeping obligations, and legal claims. Retention varies by information type and service provider.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. You can contact us to ask about retention or request deletion; some records may need to be kept for legal, security, or other permitted reasons.

Include enough information to locate your request, such as the email address you used to contact us. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.

To stop promotional emails, use an unsubscribe link where provided or contact us. You can also ask us to stop sales calls. We may still send nonmarketing messages needed to respond to an active request, provide a purchased service, or meet legal obligations.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights to access information, obtain a portable copy, request correction or deletion, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a denied request. California residents may have rights to know about information collected and disclosed and to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, where applicable. This website does not include advertising or retargeting pixels in its initial configuration.

We assess requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. 8. Children’s privacy

NextAudience is a creator advertising service intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy protections can differ by location. We use transfer safeguards where applicable law requires them.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services and practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date below the title. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law. An updated policy does not replace consent where consent is required for a new use of information.
